Beginner's Yoga Series

Jillian will be offering a 6-week beginner’s yoga series on Friday evenings from 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm. The series will run from March 1, 2019 through April 5, 2019.

In this series, Jillian will focus on:
• Correct posture
• Alignment
• Muscle engagement
• Breath work.

Participants should finish this course with:
• A new sense of confidence in their own bodies.
• A basic understanding of yoga postures.
• Three-part breath work.
• A feeling of encouragement when joining a new yoga class.

The session will last for 6 weeks

The cost of the series will be $72.00

The classes will move at a comfortable pace allowing for questions and conversations in regards of posture and anatomy. The course will be geared to beginners to yoga, but experienced students are welcome to attend in order to reinforce correct and safe posture.
